She gets a call from KW but doesn’t pick up. HS is being tutored by Hyun Joo (HJ), who is not allowed to do the slightest thing that may attract their son. He checks for updates on ES’s chat thingie but there isn’t any. KT is back to pre-ES life and finds it even more meaningless than before. Landlord informs mom left instructions for her to go over to the master’s house. This mystery/dirty secret about KT is about the hook of the drama for me now. YD answers that maybe the tiger ran away because it realised it wasn’t the tiger after all and was scared and ran away. She goes on to say that YD is akin to a fox playing a tiger in a tiger cave since the tiger isn’t there at the moment. She lets on that KT asked how he was doing, too and she told him that he was as bad as usual. They fight over the music in the car and RY guesses that YD is dying to find out how KT is doing. KJW may not be a good actress, but she certainly is generating some nice chemistry with all the male co-stars so far. They start bickering on sight, which ends with YD having to push her luggage trolley. YD is waiting for RY at the airport – with a thoughtful, hand-written “Welcome, My Stepsister!” placard. The stewardness stops her from following RY.

Anyway, RY predicts they will meet again because of KT and leaves with her mom.

They are on the same flight and RY goes to find ES while she is filling the immigration/declaration form. She walks past him and RY, with the latter staring daggers as it dawns on her how much her fiancé likes this new girl. She goes on to say he shouldn’t be treating his fiancée so shabbily. And I get the impression LMH thinks so too with his slightly awkward acting here.ĮS refuses to do as he asks, and just thanks him instead and says this is their final farewell. We get that he is head-over-heels in love with her. It’s a rather tasteless way to showcase KT’s urgency. He does all this with RY watching from mere metres away. ES figures that they have nothing else to say to each other, to which KT shoves his phone in her face and ask her to compute her telephone number in it. He quickly sends off RY and heads towards ES and yells at her for not calling him.

KT calls ES when he sees her and she turns back. Could Ishak be next on the list, or is he the man responsible? Tracking down his more ‘unsavoury’ allies, Serena is shocked to encounter a familiar face: that of her grieving ex-partner, former Malaysian ICD officer Megat Jamil (Bront Palarae).I’m just glad everyone is back in Korea. As Serena and Heri work together to catch the killer, their inquiries lead them to industrialist/kingpin Datuk Ishak Hassan (Wan Hanafi Su), whose prominent family and known associates all have some connection to the victims. Seeking answers, Heri finds a way to insert himself into the Malaysian investigation. Meanwhile, in Jakarta, for ICD Lieutenant Heriyanto Salim (Ario Bayu), the case turns personal when his brother is found murdered in similar circumstances. Called in to investigate, Singaporean International Crimes Division (ICD) officer Serena Teo (Rebecca Lim) takes charge of a case across the border where a family has been slaughtered aboard a luxury yacht in Johor.
